It's inspirational Wednesday and today I would like to share a magazine holder using Wild Aster collection. I add some Classisc rose  and Purr-fect Posies flowers with wild aster flowers to make beautiful arrangement.

Instructions: Click here to view more photos of this project. Ready magazine holder measures 11.5 " × 10.5" × 5”. First take an MDF magazine holder and paint it with deep purple paint. Choose 2 same pattern paper from designer paper collection and cut according to the holder size. Glue it on base using decoupage glue. Further, stick pattern paper on handles also. Distress all edges using deep purple archival. Now tie handles using jute twine. Spray varnish to seal it.

Aster flowers-Stamp wild aster flowers on deluxe flower shaping paper using deep purple archival and cut with coordinating dies. Sponge flowers using same ink and shape using groove tool. Layer flowers and glue. Create 2 flowers and glue pearls on the center of flowers. Roses – stamp classic rose flowers using vibrant fuchsia ink on deluxe flower shaping paper. Cut with coordinating dies and sponge with same ink. Shape with ball tool. Create 2 big and 1 small flower. Stamp small Purr-fect Posies flowers using Sunflower ink and cut with coordinating die. Paint with same ink and shape using shaping mold. Add stamens and create filler flowers. Stamp Classic Rose leaves and Rain Boots and Blossoms stamp using olive green archival and cut with coordinating dies. Paint leaves with olive green and leaf green archival. Shape leaves using ball tool. Stamp some fillers from Rain Boots and Blossoms stamp using black archival and cut with coordinating dies. Paint them with vibrant fuchsia ink, deep purple ink and olive-green ink. Slightly shape them with ball tool. Take floral wire and roll it on any round object to create swirls.

Once all the elements are ready, start arranging them. Glue all elements using hot melted glue. Apply glitter on flowers using designer dries clear adhesive. At last, brush all elements with white gesso using dry brush technique.
